Here's the flow of how we'll let go:
6:30pm Learn the reasons why letting go feels so damn hard & the practice of how to do it with Somatic-Attachment Therapist, Katt Townsend LCSW, TIYT.
6:45pm Greet & Meet! Say hey and introduce the item(s) you're trading, transforming or trashing.
7:00pm Get to it!! We've got patches, sewing kits, faux gems, scissors and glue guns for your intentions
8:00pm Share your insights on the experience you had
8:30pm Leave feeling 1,000lbs lighter!
